UNIVERSAL SAVINGS AGREEMENT
We know that your home is a major investment, and would like to help you take care of it. As you know, proper functioning of your "heating and air system" is very important to the health and comfort of your family. Therefore, a maintenance program is highly recommended, both to keep your unit running in top order, resulting in fewer repairs, and to keep the manufacturer's warranty in place.
Having recently installed your new HVAC system, we would like to introduce you to our "Universal Savings Agreement". A semi-annual tune-up and cleaning including the following:
- Cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils
- Check all electrical connections
- Check refrigerant levels
- Clean or replace filters (There is an additional charge for upgraded filters.)
- Oil bearings
- Inspect mechanical components
- Check thermostat operation
